Major (Res.) A.Y. Katsof told the story of the month-long rescue mission through four African countries that reunited an estranged Ethiopian Jewish family in Israel.

    Katsof led a month-long mission through Sudan, Uganda, Kenya and Ethiopia to reunite an Ethiopian Jewish family in Israel. The Jerusalem Post called him "a mix of Indiana Jones and Moses."

A month through Sudan, Uganda, Kenya and Ethiopia to get one family to Israel. Nearly everything went wrong. Katsof would not come home until it was finished.

He told it in person at Beth Jacob, with photographs and video that had not been shown publicly before.
