On Tuesday, March 1, 2022, AIC put a panel together on what Jewish students were running into at school, and on how to make campuses safe for them.
There were four speakers. Olga Meshoe Washington was CEO of DEISI International and taught for Club Z. Gerard Filitti was senior counsel at The Lawfare Project. Carolina Simon was director of education at Zachor Shoah and We Dared to Live. Cheryl Dorchinsky spoke for AIC.
AIC later cut two of Olga’s answers into short clips. In one she takes on the apartheid charge as a South African. In the other she makes the case that without Judaism, there is no Christianity.
Six organizations co-sponsored the evening with AIC: End Jew Hatred, The Lawfare Project, Club Z, the Canadian Antisemitism Education Foundation, Herut North America, and the Institute for Black Solidarity with Israel. The full recording is on AIC’s YouTube channel.
