Passover 2026
Every year at the end of the Seder, we say, “Next year in Jerusalem.” It’s a phrase we’ve repeated for generations — but this year, it feels more personal, more immediate, and more meaningful than ever.
Passover 2025
For years, I’ve tried to educate others as antisemitism quietly festered beneath the surface in our city—ignored, downplayed, and often dismissed as a fringe concern. Now, as we confront rising hatred…
Passover 2024
Zionism is a civil rights movement. It embodies ideals of freedom, equality, self-determination, and human dignity that resonate deeply with the dreams of our ancestors.

“Reach for the Stars – Be All You Can Be – Become Whoever You Want to Be. Be a Star in 5784.”
Rosh Hashanah 2021
As the Jewish communities are getting ready for the High Holy Days, more and more of us are (hopefully) asking ourselves the hard questions: Did I do everything I could do to attain my goals this…
Rosh Hashanah 2020
During these challenging times it seems easy to wish the time away in the hope we can get back to how things were before COVID.

January mission to Israel
Cheryl and Kirsten will be in Israel from 11 to 22 January, delivering aid. What they bring depends on what we raise.
